The recipients of this special award have gone "above and beyond" what was expected of them. Their positive energy, ongoing dedication, and unique ability to motivate others has helped PA become one of the most popular recreational dragon boat clubs in the Greater Toronto Area.

Since 2005, this award has been annually presented to the most dedicated paddler on each PA team. In the past, winners have been selected for: excellent attendance, offering rides to practice, organizing social activities, volunteering for club/team fundraisers, arriving early to help setup at regattas, and for not complaining about paddling in bad weather or through sewage-infested waters during city garbage strikes, just to name a few.
